I’m saying that even though they were busy, they could’ve taken their time with these last 2 seasons instead of doing all this back to back unless that was always the plan
I promise u Covid has nothing to do with it
It definitely f***ed up the schedule
watching the second season for the first time and idk if they missed once this season.
Haven't watched the last episode yet but that string of episodes from Barbershop/Teddy Perkins to FUBU is amazing.
Hope the season 2 finale lives up to my expectations now

Fair, tho the show ending itself cause of Covid a reach I doubt there’ll even be a reference to it either
Were spoiled to be getting 2 more since it was supposed to end in the second apparently

was always the plan to do these last two back to back, I’m pretty sure they announced that before the pandemic happened. Only way to secure Donald, Lakeith, Bryan and Zazie all at the same time now that they’re all household names
Stephen said that they and some other cast and crew were approached by a group of drunk people asking if they knew of any local bars in the area. One of the men in the group then insisted that the primarily Black cast and crew were carrying guns so that they could break into any bar they wanted to.
“Mind you, all of the writers on Atlanta are Black. So, he’s making a reference that we all have hammers, and we can just break into this place, which we kind of ignored,” Stephen Glover said. “It was so insulting, but not insulting at the same time because it took us five minutes to fully understand. He got to a point of like if the insinuation was lost on us, he got specific and he was like, ‘You guys are Black, you’ve gone to jail and you do things like that.’ Like he kept doubling down on it.”
The guys in the group continued, telling the one woman that was with them that the Atlanta crew was going to “rape” her.
Yep, sounds like a true Euro experience

Pretty sure that was always the plan since Atlanta got renewed for S3 and S4.

Rushed? Bro it’s been 4 years since season 2
Atlanta twitter is back tweeting, please read this whole thread
I always said that Atlanta existed in a alternate universe and this all confirms it lmao.
They are back from "The Other Timeline"
I've been saying since KTT1 that Atlanta is a sci-fi series in disguise.

That episode with the party at Drake's house the only weak episode that season imo. And it's not unwatchable or anything, just weak in comparison to the rest
Mine is the day after
