I agree. It doesn't fit the feel of the album and sounds like the most contrived s*** he could've possibly come up with

i hope to god he doesn't feel the need to prove he can do this and that to show his "versatility"

conways early s*** is a lot of trap s***

The most important Griselda release thus far.

FKTG finally establishes one of their artists in a mainstream/commercial context.

Honestly don't know what Anza does on this project, but the rest is amazing

    This album is perfect length

  • Didn’t like Al’s beat on Dough and Damani, but Daringer killed that s*** Anza is fire, just wish Armani wasn’t on it. Spurs 3 prolly the highlight for me. And Front Lines.

I think what this project lacks is cohesion—a lot of different styles of beats on this project. Still a lot of great songs, only a few were underwhelming.

I’d argue that album was WWCD, introduced all three to the mainstream

    P4P did that though imo

I think that was a more niche release even though it was on Shady. It didnt really defer from the sound Griselda was already going with. It had a higher profile because of the features but it still has that underground vibe.

WWCD was the album that established that sound. P4P raised the profile.

FKTG is the first tape that goes outside of their comfort zone while refining what's already been working. It sounds like a mainstream version of what Con has been doing the last few years with the EIF series.

You don’t think P4P was a different sound? I thought it was personally. I see what you’re saying but I defiantly felt that way about P4P when it dropped, it was a new twist on their sound
