    the beat reminds me of like early 2000s d block. I didn’t like it at first, but it grew on me for sure

    You missed peak Conway that's for sure. Benny needs a few more projects under his belt. I don't see how him and Armani have the amount of projects out this year.

    He made one full length album with the vintage griselda sound. and it was a classic. don't think it's too much to wish he'd make another

    I also have 0 issue with wayne, drake, sean verses, happy to see him getting bigger. but would love it if he rapped with those guys on that grimy griselda production

    yeah but it just doesnt look like he wants to continue that sound but instead differentiate himself from his label mates a bit. Im sure he will continue hopping on that sound when collaborating with Conway & Westside, let the man cook

    Part of it comes from me not having that much faith in Benny's ear for beats or creative direction without West.

    Stemming from his earlier music, and BSF stuff, and general behaviour post plugs asking for no names to DM him beats and rappers.

    As a rapper, full faith, he'll always deliver good verses.

    King's Disease is a high quality album, listen to it again and focus. Plenty of songs on it are better than that Benny song (although it's good).

    Big Sean is mid and that's nothing new, don't compare him to the goat.

    Same, it’s kinda funny but also kinda fire. This is one of my fav tracks of his in general.
