and then I think Heroic is too easy if I am playing with him and there are 2 people. I doubt Halo 1 scales enemy encounters to the number of players

Playing CE on MCC. Forgot how unforgiving this game can be, waves upon waves of enemies which seem never ending at times especially with the Flood levels, then they really placed Elites with Energy Swords in blind spot corners ready to yank you and who’s idea at Bungie was it to give the Flood power weapons, like Needlers are annoying but ROCKET LAUNCHERS?! Straight up terrorism i was fighting a mixed group of Flood and Elites in a corridor about 10 of them total, I'm mid fighting them and from the end of the corridor I just see a rocket on its way down a narrow corridor and by then its too late, s*** sent my ass back to the checkpoint

Great game though, considering the time it came out, it’s really GOAT level s*** to have levels that big and create a warzone like feeling with varied and unique enemies, unique weapons, and a really strong narrative and incredible world building.
