This season showed how Rue was cancelling plans she made with Jules to go spend time with Elliot, imagine being in a relationship with someone who is always cancelling plans and is also reluctant to have s***with you and when they do, they’re faking o*****s, it would cause mad insecurities in you and your relationship. Also look how Rue reacted when Jules was crying because of her relationship with Elliot, she didn’t even comfort her even though Jules was right to be suspicious, she just completely gaslighted her for Jules to know their whole official relationship had been a lie from day 1 and still go and sit with Rue and look her in the eyes and tell her she loves her and still wants to help her speaks volumes about how much she loves her imo.

Especially since Jules’ mom, who she also loves, is an addict too and she refused to help her in the special episode because she was scared of getting hurt again. Jules was also scared of getting hurt by Rue, but in this case her love for Rue overrode her fear of getting hurt.

Still shows support but cheats on her - “Jules is s***obsessed, why would she do that knowing Rue is going through a hard time?!”

Here’s the thing, anything Jules does whether a good thing or a bad thing, triggers Rue. Because Rue is an addict with a dependency upon those who care about her in her life. She is a user. If we want to talk about a life force sucker, she IS THE LIFE FORCE SUCKER.

Now mind you, it’s the d**** that have made her this way, but that doesn’t excuse her for what she has become.

The only “good” she did besides telling Rue’s mom, was that small time in season 1 that Rue stayed sober because she was so infatuated with Jules. But that wasn’t Jules’ doing, that was Rue choosing not to do d****.

Rue shouldn’t be in a relationship in the first place. And I think what Jules did is a start to getting Rue better, she needs to go into rehab. But also looking for things beyond partying/drinking/doing d**** for fun to keep temptation away. Like stealing alcohol with an addict seems like a no no. That said if this show wants to be realistic, Rue prob dies tbh
