S2E04 scene with Nate yelling at Cassie is comedy. Jacob really ain’t got it for the emotional scenes of Nate’s arc. Like wtf was his tantrum last season. Straight up slapstick. Idgi they’re trying to play his character straight (no pun intended) but then give him the most laughably extra scenes OAT.
Seems like the perfect storm of a ridiculous script and an actor who isn’t dialed on the emotional beats necessitated by the arc.

Lmao I think it was me. I kind of got bored episode 1 and saw people saying they didnt like this season nearly as much but I’ll watch them before Sunday. How are they? I just like the show soooo much more when it focuses more on Rue and her trying to get clean. I think they do a much better job writing that.

I enjoy s2 more tbh,they went od on the style but i like it,rue's story ramps up so you'll get plenty of that.

There is a lot of nate/cassie tho which you might not like but its worth it imo
