23 episodes of this s*** would be awful. 8 sometimes doesn’t cover everything but 10 would probably be a good length

There was so much going on and a lot felt like filler, especially the Maddy babysitter bit.
Rue’s story was really strong, especially Episode 5 and 6. But midway through 6 they kept reusing the same plot point over and over. I guess the funeral scene was nice because it has a different meaning when we first see it.
The season started off so strong, and then dipped a bit at the end. The overutilization of slow mo and flashbacks made this season feel like padding.
Everything is wrapped in a neat bow by the end, and doesn’t set up anything for the next season. Laurie (supplier lady) supposedly got arrested so Rue owes no money. Maddy and Cassie made up. Nate got Cal arrested. Fez is gone. Jules’s arc is basically over. Elliott is a plot device, passerby ass character. And Lexi sees the world differently. Kat…forget her

I’m glad Lexi got some shine in the end, but it felt like such a last minute thing to put focus on her. Sure it was built up early in the season but I wish we focused more on her. She’s the only character that didn’t get a backstory intro.
I think she’s a representation of the audience, being a voyeuristic side character telling her side of what we’re watching. Cause character wise she’s quote on quote normal within the context of all these characters.

Episode 1, 3, 4, and 5. So one half of the season I enjoyed, the rest was eh
2,6,7, and 8 were just aight. They really fell flat with characters that had important setup but then end up casted to the way side

You’d be better off hoping for 10 or 12. HBO isn’t giving anyone 23 episodes for single season on top of that an episode of euphoria cost 11 Million to make.
