I just hate how the writers don't give the characters any agency. From Alicent's usurpation being based on a misunderstanding with Viserys' dying words and Aemond accidently killing luke. These sorts of things just ruin the story. This is supposed to be a story about a bunch of bad people but the writers don't want to commit to anything
