I try not to be a d***head about it, but if you as a grown man can't do at least three pull-ups you need to pack it up and accept that you are breedable.

I don't hate leg day but I do find it kinda boring because the best workouts really are just some variation of a squat or lunge lol

5'4 mfs be bragging about squatting 250lbs+ for 10-15 reps as if they ain't got stumpy ass femurs and tibias, but can't even reach a pull-up bar to do a single strict unassisted pull-up
