  • I try not to be a d***head about it, but if you as a grown man can't do at least three pull-ups you need to pack it up and accept that you are breedable.

    I don't hate leg day but I do find it kinda boring because the best workouts really are just some variation of a squat or lunge lol

    Been having to really shake up my leg days by throwing in sled pushes/pulls, RDLs, and hip-thrusts.

    My gf loves it though cause she been noticing the gains when she be eatin my ass

    I get so jealous of people who are 120lbs and can do 50 of them, not fair at all

    thats like my weight and i cant do 50 straight up maybe if they were chin ups i could do that but real pull ups. 50 if i finesse maybe like them halfies pull ups

    i got a little calisthenics setup in my basement. dip bar, rings, pull up bar

  • 5'4 mfs be bragging about squatting 250lbs+ for 10-15 reps as if they ain't got stumpy ass femurs and tibias, but can't even reach a pull-up bar to do a single strict unassisted pull-up

    Y'all still breedable, just thicc.
