Basically almost every “fun” aspect that society sets up includes needing to do it with someone else. Going out to movies, eating out, going to bars.

Traveling is even worse cause there ain’t nothing really to do in cities alone, you have to be another NPC that looks to other people for happiness. Obviously this doesn’t apply to family (blood)

You can do all of that by yourself. I traveled to DC for a weekend trip by myself and it was a blast. You can go anywhere you want without having to deal with people who may not have the same interests as you

I go to concerts by myself when nobody else wants to go, it's cool. I can see myself take myself out and go to bars alone. A lot of people travel alone and it's very normal.

It's just usually when you're alone you get to talk to new people you wouldn't otherwise (calling this NPC is weird, it's just human connection?). Or you just chill with yourself and your thoughts. Either way it's cool.

It can be done but you have to try a lot harder and really develop your social skills

Humans are social beings. Going to bar to just drink by yourself becomes really depressing after night one. Im speaking from experience

OP has a point, society dictates the dynamics for social interaction. Hence why some countries are more easy to visit and make friends as opposed to others

Human beings are inherently social creatures. People aren’t NPCs because they enjoy the company of others. Going against your nature doesn’t make you better than other people, it just makes you miserable and foolish if anything
