Timbaland and JT was just creating Crack with P1
20/20 was nice, just dragged on too long (yea yea it was purposely crafted but still). Pusher Love Girl is a GOAT opener though.
FS/LS was truly lightning striking.
His fall off will always be insane to me cause he was really like Beyonce-trajectory essentially when this came out. Seemed undeniable he was on his way to legendary and being the top male vocalist of his time.

From my point of view, yeah, he releases albums rarely and post 20/20 Experiences did some missteps. But from what I saw on Youtube his last tour with full production looks very fun and setlist is pretty banging.
I can't understand did he fell off because of those weird twitter dramas where they find a minute reason to hate on him every damn year?
I like the songs a lot but they’re all super long for no reason which f***s it up for me a bit
Yeah, this album is legendary and also same as with Yeezys I listened to it first, thought that it is just a masterpiece from start to finish and only then I found out that many people regard it as such.
It was like listening to Demon Days by Gorillaz without understanding that it is a classic, and thinking that it is just what nice music sounds like
But in the end 20/20 pt.1 is truly special, I even think that it is probably tighter then FS/LS as latter has some tracks that might be kinda cringy in 2025.

I like that about the album but I def hate mirrors and a few of the songs have aged poorly

Nah he fell off cause his last 2 albums were rly bad and also all the clips I saw of his last tour were v v bad as well
I like that about the album but I def hate mirrors and a few of the songs have aged poorly
I can understand Mirrors, but I’m curious, what’s the other songs that aged poorly???

Idk man, something about long songs always sounds amazing to me.
I feel like everyone became so used to having short 2 minute and half songs nowadays that we barely hear Pre-Choruses, Bridges, or Solos in hit records anymore.
On top of that, the production is just so damn immaculate
undeniable classic but man radio/media overplayed it to death and its hard for me to go back to it
justified is still the goat for me
pop music peaked with this, some of the best music ever made
When I was a kid I thought these two albums were like the peaks of music but yea as an adult idk they don’t hit the same
I can understand Mirrors, but I’m curious, what’s the other songs that aged poorly???
For me personally I think the breakdown on pusher love is pretty bad, most of the album I like still
Also cabaret is an amazing track
