the ice agent shouldve never shot at her and she shouldve never driven away in the first place. worlds f***ed fr.
She had the right to leave
She had the right to leave
she was probably gonna be arrested for obstruction anyway so i dont think she had the right to leave she was blocking the road from what i understand
still the ice tard shouldnt have even brandished his firearm in the first place its such a stupid situation

Someone itt already made it very clear that they had no jurisdiction to impede right of way or prevent her from leaving
These officers are not necessarily following the law when they make arrests, so idk why you think that because they “would’ve arrested” her, she didn’t have any right to do what she did
I can’t comprehend how some people keep saying she was trying to run him over when it’s so obvious she was clearly trying to drive away from them
Also people make stupid illegal moves in cars all the time worst case scenario 99% of them end up with just a ticket and 1% of them end up in a non-violent police chase
I don’t think she even committed a crime to try to detain her too

It's ridiculous
In what world would it make any sense to shoot someone in the face to avoid being run over
If the cop had thought she was trying to mow him down, his first impulse would be to get out of the way not to reach for his gun. If you watch the video slowly you can see that as soon as the wheels start moving forward, he reaches for his gun before he starts moving his feet. It's disturbing

Idk if we re being real road blocking them is prolly legally enough for them to detain if they feel like it, they re not cops but they are government and pretty sure there are laws in place that back them up on that

She seemed to be waving cars to drive past her
The road wasn’t blocked by her
I think she was trying to make a u-turn

Wonder why there’s no video of before that situation went down, there’s multiple angles but they re all of the same moment

Because it was some normal ass s*** before she was confronted?

also worth noting that when she drove away she's clearly turning to the right ..... nowhere in that video does it show her trying to hit the agent.
we live in wacky world
These people are so easily rattled lmao

You can tell dude is a skin husk
No age cap, no weight cap; we’re letting our nations most easily fatigued divorced dads form a elite death squad 😤
Man f*** driving away take it on foot with these freaks – put one flight of stairs between you & an agent and you’re good to go
The most wildest part of it all is that it doesn’t matter how much proof there is of what really happened, These folks would still deny it just to fit their narrative. Genuinely disgusting s*** bruh
These people are so easily rattled lmao
These wannabe cops makes me sick. You can tell they always wanted to be cops so bad but probably didn't get the job because they are too unstable to be one, so they went the easy route to fulfill their childhood dream by pretending to be one
These people are so easily rattled lmao
Need to start unmasking these fools like lucha libre
