So when exactly did Bino start to turn on Drake? Because I know This Is America was originally a Drake diss and that was 2018
My read on it is him saying that is what started it
I feel like he was joking when he said that, he said it like a song about america is inherently a drake diss bc hes from canada but it got ran like he fr was dissing drake so drake dissed him on stage and donald dropped this
oh. that's a lot cooler an more normal
Valentine doesnt like Goretex so he was tryna act like we met up for that knowing damn well we already know each other lmao

he said that s*** in passing and everyone acted like it was a blood feud

lmao i like valentine. i didn't see any of that tho
some opinions are popular because they're correct
Yeah, but it’s been abused atp.

That makes sense. Drake pretends to have a sense of humor but whenever someone jokes at his expense on any level bro goes into a tailspin

Drake stans just sensitive like their papi

i think drake just has a thing with critical acclaim. it's probably his "hill" tbh and he's got some jealously for not being seen as "critically important" as other artists

I dont even all the way blame Drake bc they really did report it like Bino was on some Not Like Us s*** and then i read it and it was like a dry humor joke lol

Maybe a little because every artist does but the way he consistently puts together his albums says otherwise imo

I 100% agree i think he resents it and thinks its try hard and corny automatically

lmfao i can appreciate that
My d*** is like an accent mark
It's all about the over E's
genuinely sounds like an SNL writer trying to rap which is what it is

yeah it seems like his pattern tbh
lmfao i can appreciate that
fr tho, say what u want about his albums being bloated but he really feeds every section of his fanbase on every album

i think he's just very aware of his lanes and does like 4-5 hit attempts in each one every album.
It's not a bad strategy at all
Than his old style
I think srs was probably the sweet spot for me
I like different things about each of his eras i still want an era where it all comes together fully for me even tho srs is a 10/10 album to me
But like i loved his energy on idls but i loved the sentiments of srs but i love the detailing of this new era i wish i could get all of that at once
Than his old style
not all the way mad at this take but he came out the gate as an elite elite rapper

I'll always have a place in my heart for Doris. That's a special one to me. Bro was still hilarious and out of pocket at times but was starting to embrace the murkier end of his sound. Plus the features were great. I think he made more consistent records after Doris but the balance in sound is perfect.
