Bobby_96Talib is one of those rappers who's lyrically superb on paper but his flow is trash half the time.
Talib is almost Blueface/Silkk The Shocker levels of offbeat in many of his songs and he loves to speak in run on sentences.
I can't take niggas who criticize E-40's flow but give Talib a pass seriously tbh. @Water_Giver
I think his flow got more refined over time but it sucks how his best stuff musically has that flow issue(Reflection Eternal, Black Star etc.). I got used to it though

Most of the people that say they don't like e40 are mostly talking about his 2010s s*** and never once peeped the classic era and when he was more "tamed"
