🔸Iran state TV says a third round of talks is set for tonight in Islamabad.
🔸Major dispute centered on the Strait of Hormuz. The Financial Times reports Iran has rejected a U.S. proposal for joint administration of the strait. "Iran insists on maintaining control over the Strait of Hormuz and imposing transit fees on ships," FT writes, citing two informed. sources
🔸A source close to Iran’s team told Fars the U.S. is making “excessive demands,” especially on Hormuz and other issues. The source said ideas the U.S. failed to impose during weeks of war are now being pushed in negotiations.
🔸Tasnim similarly reports excessive U.S. demands are obstructing progress despite the move to text exchanges.
🔸Iran says it is “determined to protect” its gains.

Buttigieg has absolutely no shot. In two years I don't think Newsom will either.
So who will be the Dem candidate?
Even still, the communist thread was super active around like 2022-2023
They went to the discord
Even still, the communist thread was super active around like 2022-2023
We left for discord to shield ourselves from liberals and repressive moderators who were trying to censor us
So who will be the Dem candidate?
No idea, we don't even know who is actually running besides Gavin. I just don't think people will want another boring corporate Dem in 2028.
Buttigieg had to drop out in 2020 before Elizabeth Warren and Bloomberg. What has he done to elevate his profile since then other than being part of a highly unpopular Biden administration?

🔴 The third round of Iran–U.S. talks in Islamabad has just ended, according to Tasnim News Agency. The two sides are now exchanging texts through expert teams. It is just past 3 a.m. in Islamabad.
➤ Length of talks:
Negotiations ran for more than 13.5 hours, including roughly 9 hours of direct talks between Iranian and U.S. delegations, following earlier meetings with Pakistani officials at the Serena Hotel.
➤ Pakistan pushing flexibility:
Pakistani mediators are pressing both sides to show more room for compromise, with sources telling Al Jazeera English there has been some progress inside the room.
➤ Multi-track negotiations:
Discussions are spanning security, diplomacy, and economic issues, alongside reported talks on prisoner releases as part of broader confidence-building measures.
➤ Tensions over U.S. demands:
Iranian sources have been saying Washington’s positions—especially on the Strait of Hormuz—remain “maximalist,” limiting movement toward a framework. (Per Iranian outlets)
➤ Critical phase:
Pakistani officials remain cautiously optimistic a deal could emerge—ranging from a ceasefire extension and shipping guarantees to potential nuclear-related steps—but no outcome is locked in yet.
only joint regulation will be between iran and oman

At this point I think Iran would be crazy to take control of the Strait of Hormuz off the table. They would lose a lot of leverage and future attacks would be likely.
don’t worry guys trump is at the ufc fights tonight instead of focusing on real life stuff
don’t worry guys trump is at the ufc fights tonight instead of focusing on real life stuff
Why do we need Trump or Marco Rubio (The Secretary of State) involved in the peace negations when we have future president Vance and Trump's son in law Jared Kushner?
Well there goes the civilization in iran
Americans will be on their knees two weeks from now and it won't take 2000lb bombs to get them there
I thought that negotiations would continue tomorrow.. But now the US is leaving Pakistan? Not good at all.
This d***head is watching Reyes and Walker circle around each other for 15 minutes instead of working on the peace negotiations lmao
