I love love love Michael Mann’s version and think it’s criminally underrated. Honestly don’t even think they should touch this BUT I’m a huge fan of Dan’s writing so we’ll see

Maverick was a good movie, but i'll admit my biases when i say there aint no way in hell that this remake will be as visually appealing as the 06 remake. i hope i'm wrong but i really fw mann's stylistic approach to pretty much anything...he's one of my favs
