i was watching an old movie the other day and i couldve sworn on my entire family i heard a dialogue sample from madvillain's Bistro, i went to check and it turns out it sampled an entirely different thing
ive got two threads on here where i was listening to the most random old albums and found the hey ya sample, found the all falls down vocal interpolation, it really is out there and all the content in the world is right here available to us and really not that far removed from our primary interests and points of reference

Idk man… it makes sense to hear that “he he heeee” sound (especially if it happens repeatedly in the game) and say it sounds familiar only to later find out it’s My Love
It happened to me multiple times when I hear a sound and it’s very familiar and I try to connect where it’s from
