WBWInsanely easily actually. The wallets sending and receiving the money are all tracked on the blockchain ledger. After that they use their clearance levels to ask the wallet exchanges to give out the users ID. The exchanges probably won’t say no to the FBI/CIA
you're right, they can see every transaction leaving that wallet address regardless of amount.
in canada we have btc to fiat conversion apps, if they ever tried to send the money there or something like that they'd be booked right away
