To think about how Kendrick will surprise me with the new project is probably the most pure and positive thing in my life right now. Santa Claus for grown people

When you think about it it’s smart tho. If you are in an amazing creative zone why not get as much out of it as possible?
I’d rather create 2-3 albums at once while I’m in my creative prime than make 1 album and then wait when that creativity may possibly run out

this is not the interview I was talking about but I guess you just found another one! Thx
Since this one is a T. Martin interview, I guess the one I have in mind has to be Sounwave. He literally talked about recording for both albums

New Apple promo with Kendrick Lamar
is this pic old? unless he cut his hair again
is this pic old? unless he cut his hair again
Probably old to be honest but I’m not sure.
Kendrick's almost 4yr hiatus is an indictment on mainstream rap as well. The fact that he's gone this long and no other rapper has took his lane/spot as the conscious, lyrical rapper with mainstream appeal.
Very true. It’s funny. Chance had the ball in spring 2017 and could’ve took up considerable space in that lane by 2020 but he f***ing fumbled with TBD lollll
