Well we are a republic. Could care less about socialist democracies. But yes our values are different

Independently your values are different, because you do not believe in equal rights for all. There are a lot of bright stars growing up in communities, where they are defunded, never given a chance and systematically taken down. But let me guess, you're the one believing in the "American Dream" where you got to work for everything you have. The biggest workout for all of this is the start which currently the United States system of education, healthcare and welfare is completely ignoring.

In my opinion left wing ideas in a 21st century context come when you start talking about green policies, labor policy, ubi, refugee policy etc

Now going by these aoc and bernie are still leftists/social dems but healthcare and higher ed is something every country has figured out

    I see what you mean,

as far as left or right or all that stuff, f*** it

In the U.S. , those two issues need to be added to progressive platforms because we as a country are so far behind, so I guess its more of "getting up to speed" with those

As a result of the backlash I guess. 2nd degree you have to prove to the jury that the cop intentionally decided to murder him.

And if they dont prove that?

Then what? Does he get 3rd degree or?

I was just joking cuz you put a decimal there lol.

At a quick glance, it reads as 11, but I know you mean 11k.

No, 3rd should be an easy conviction. 2nd you have to prove that he sat there with his knee on his neck with a crowd of people watching and decided to intentionally kill him. Lot harder to convince a jury of that beyond a shadow of a doubt considering he just maintained his position over 9 minutes, he didn’t whip out his gun and shoot him or something like that.

2nd is the easier conviction, you literally have a cop saying you should get off him i cant feel a pulse and the guys says “no” its in the bodycam audio.. intent is there in black and white
