I know Washington Post has a data base of police killings since 2015 that you can filter by gender, race, armed/unarmed, known mental illness, etc.

Since they have all the cases lined up they could potentially set something like that up (with the main obstacle being police cooperation with info)

I never understood why people brought this up to deflect from slavery in America. The man holding the whip and raping slaves wasn’t from Africa he lived here Also Africa had slavery from debt or prisoners of war.
