Manslaughter charge includes victim in the blame and vindicates cop’s clear forethought in knowing that he was killing George Floyd. Floyd saying I can’t breathe repeatedly for the 10 min cop pinned him is clear f***ing evidence the cop knew he could / would cause a death. That is forethought. This should be a 2nd degree charge minimum
