Unicorn Riot allowing different kinds of people to voice their opinions. Good guy unicorn
NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
crying
Just because they're gonna write blatantly incorrect pieces about it doesn't mean you shouldn't do it
You've missed the point yet again, I've said I agree with the outrage, my concern is whether or not this will open the eyes of those on the other side witnessing the protests or not
I don't want this situation being used as propaganda to write off black people as animalistic or irrational but rather to bring awareness to what's going on to our community on the daily
Idk I've been raised in a home that takes the ideologies of people like MLK very seriously, like I said I'm glad people are outraged but at the same time I can't help but feel racist and ignorant people will use the riots as a way to dismiss the social injustice
Just like how ignorant people use Black on Black crime to dismiss police brutality as if they system isn't responsible for all the issues within the black community
It's just not that straightforward to me, but I respect your principles
I believe different tactics should be deployed in different situations and that the goal of these movements and actions shouldn't be to appease or win over simple-minded and ignorant people.
F*** ST PAUL
they send in their cops? I saw on twitter one of their councilmen advised their police not to enter Minneapolis
