Terry Rozier is off the table

Lakers have less competition. Dejounte Murray trade more likely.
Watch Kyle Lowry. Could be a pickup on the buyout market if a team he's traded to buys him out.
Not a DLo fan but he could easily put those numbers up without a AD and Bron
Yes and he will get that chance as a member of the Brooklyn Nets

i'm saying Murray is not going to move the needle
i'm saying Murray is not going to move the needle
A DLO trade isn't gonna be made to move the needle.
It's to prevent him from leaving for nothing and to avoid the second apron tax.
It's not always about upgrading. The NBA is also a business. This is asset management.
if he's not moved for Murray, it'll most likely be someone else. Right now Murray is the best option on the market with a good long term contract, especially with Rozier gone.
Trying to possibly move DLO was always the Lakers intention.
There's a reason why they made him waive his No Trade Clause.
Darvin Ham said he let Anthony Davis know before the game that he would try to "shave" his minutes down a bit tonight. AD had 14 points and 14 rebounds in 26 minutes.
"He's been carrying a huge load," Ham said.
Hope yall are enjoying seeing DLO ball out in a Lakers jersey
Cause after the trade deadline, he's most likely gone
Can’t wait
Rui looking this sad after a W feels very weird

With only 14 roster spots filled, L.A. could be busy on the buyout market to address one specific need -- a big body or a shooter

Kyle Lowry + Gordon Hayward are two names to watch out for in the buyout market.
Alot of contenders can't get either of them because they're above the second apron.
Since Lakers aren't above that second apron and didn't use their full mid level, they have more money to offer and can get both guys.
i highkey dont because that means even more prince/reddish/vando minutes
i'd rather bogdanovic instead of capela and address finding a big through buyouts or free agency going into the playoffs or using our second rounders (drummond, mcgee, wendell carter, biyombo, dwight, olynyk, etc.)
Dwight…….
He gone?
who knows
Rob is on the phone trying to make things happen and Lakers have so many guys they want to get
Rui can be included in a package (hopefully not though)
List of first/second apron teams
Golden State
LA Clippers
Boston
Phoenix
Milwaukee
Miami

These teams are not allowed to sign a player waived during the regular season that had a pre-existing salary of $12.4M+.

The Lakers have also considered dealing for players who could address specific needs in a potential playoff matchup, such as Andre Drummond of the Bulls, in anticipation of a postseason rematch with the Nuggets and their big front line of Jokic and Gordon.
