Maxwell hasn’t done anything and Cam could be gone
Lakers GM Rob Pelinka says Dalton Knecht is "a gym rat. We studied him hard, and this kid lives in the gym. I think to be an elite movement shooter, the only way to get there is with constant reps. He's the guy that's in the gym the most, and that will be our expectation here."
Dalton Knecht asked about a clip of LeBron shouting him out: “I remember that clip, I woke up, rolled out of bed and thought that was fake because tons of people were texting me.
I was like, ‘There’s no way.’ When I watched that video, it just brought a smile to my face, and also my parents. They called me right away and told me about it.
That’s just going to be special, and it’s going to be fun just to be sharing the court with both of them, AD and ‘Bron, ‘Bron one of the greatest, so it’s going to be real special.”

Knecht on his new coach, JJ Redick: “That’s really exciting. At Tennessee, I watched a lot of JJ Redick (film) with (TEN) Coach Barnes, just the way (Redick) moves and paces himself, and was able to create space ... it’s going to be real special.”

Klay with a 40 inch vertical
https://twitter.com/TheDunkCentral/status/1806144350314700870Don't like the Klay comp but I'm intrigued now after further evaluation
"Knecht slid because of age and concerns of his defense. Medicals were clean. Workouts and interviews were “excellent”."

What if he turns out to be curry or klay level shooter
No worries, he will be traded long before we find out
only prospects I like and worth a trade up to the top 40
Furphy Wing- people thought he was going be a top 20 pick. A level athlete who can shoot the 3 and defend. Should be a good role player down the road with a good ceiling
Tyler Smith PF/C- wasn't 7 foot like he was hyped up. 6'9 but 7'1 wingspan. Has skills and is athletic. Had good moments in g league. Could be another GG Jackson
Cam Christie Wing- a Max Christie clone. 3 and D SG who is young with plenty of potential
Nunez PG - looks good in the intentional game. Can his game carry over to the states. Going play for Barcelona next year. Could be a good stash to see if he develops on the next stage
Adem Bona C- local kid. Undersized but has freak traits, and is athletic as hell. Can he overcome his size and be a defensive anchor and board. doesn't have offensive game
Trenton Flowers Wing- American who went to play in Australia instead of college. Has the traits, size, athletic ability, skills to be a good NBA player. Young and full of potential.
Justin Edwards Wing- one of the top prep players out of high school a year ago. Sucked as a freshman but has the tools. in the 2nd round its worth a gamble
Nikola Djurisic Wing- another A level athlete. 20 years old and has a good bball iq. Just needs a little bulk. Seem like he would be an ideal role player. Could maybe be a stash.
Melvin Ajinca Wing- outplayed the first overall pick at times for team France. Young and raw at 20. Good Athlete, with decent traits
---------- guys at 55
Chomche - elite size at over 7 foot, and athletic. Has even flashed hitting 3s. Just Raw who might need years of g league. Part of the NBA Africa program
Mgobo---probably more of a PF then center. athletic and can board. Undersized for a center.
Bronny ---- if all those guys are gone, could be in the mix at 55
Rondo at DLO's camp
I forgot Rondo on the squad, we're gonna have to keep D'Lo now
Looks like we running it back with the same squad, I'm getting over not getting a POA defender that can hit 3s but Vando gotta get hurt far less because perimeter defense looking shaky at best

Chomche is the guy I want the Lakers to draft
Good interior defender with a long wingspan. Alot of potential
Yea, he's very raw and would be a project like Maxwell Lewis
Most mock draft boards have him in the late 50s/early 60s range so wouldn't even need to move up

mostly Wings left. Chomche and Bona are the only legit center prospects left. The other bigs from Arizona and San Francisco are like undersized PF. if we hell bent on keeping Lebron at 4 and AD at center, could add another wing.
