I really like him
Him and Morez Johnson Jr (Mavs took him at 9) were my two favorite prospects in this draft that were left so I'm glad he fell to us cause I wasn't in love with the other prospects.
6'5 with a 7'1 wingspan (Derrick Jones Jr type), lob threat, Can shoot the 3 (37%), huge defensive upside.
can't wait to see him and Thiero in summer league

Nic Claxton got traded to the Bulls for free since they had cap space. Rob did nothing.
@YoungFashioned and I think he's gonna offer Kessler a big contract or get him through sign and trade.

Rob is about to give Reaves the max (Pistons had interest). @voyce and @Camille are pissed.
Rob had a chance to draft Veesaar again (the center that shot 42% from 3) in the second round since he fell out of the first round.
He even bought a pick at 56 but he couldn't move up cause we had no future second round picks and no one wanted cash.
Somebody eventually took Veesar and he just said f*** it and traded back the 56 back to cash when all the other good centers in that range got taken.
In other words, still no center. Complete waste of time.
As for that huge block of text that you quoted, it was also a waste of time. You don't even need to read it.
They didn't go in the direction that I wanted for the two way contract or exhibit 10. No real point of attack defender.
The two ways and exhibit 10 guys that Rob keeps getting are still players who have severe deficiencies on one side of the ball. No center that fits with Luka and no point of attack defender.
We have an Austin Reaves clone with worse defense for one of the two ways and another Vando clone who can't shoot for the exhibit 10. I'll be shocked if they turn into rotation players for us.
Only one with promise is a guy 6'7 physical forward AK Okereke who can shoot and play defense (he's on a two way).
We might have something with him but I need to see if the shooting is real (low volume) and how he plays against NBA competition.
