I’m betting on Mysterio being the sixth member, but there is one way it being Rhino works:

He is in fact one of the six in the multiverse prison boxes from the beginning, but sits on the sidelines in most of the film while the construction of his real RHINO suit is being set up throughout the film. In the third act he comes out as the six’s Deus Ex Machina in the full Rhino suit and f***s s*** up

Though if he isn’t with the other five in the beginning there’s no way the sixth member is a villain from the multiverse, which would rule him out

Peter decides NOT to tell anyone his identity this time after the spell. You know, not repeating past mistakes/Peter Parker guilt/narrative conflict sorta thing. We see a serious strain on Peter and Ned’s relationship, maybe even culminating in a tense and dramatic argument/breakup scene between the two. Norman being his manipulative slimy self takes advantage of this and starts to convert Ned, which will either lead to him becoming the Hobgoblin in the third act of the film (I doubt it, there’s already so much going on already) or a setup for the fourth MCU Spidey film ie Harry’s entire arc throughout Spider-Man 2
