I think you are all good. I think the fan casters became obsessed with seeing her as Mystique a bit early. In many cases setting her up for disaster. Same as those who wanted Jennifer Lawrence without thinking

Feige should consider himself blessed to have convinced them to take this risk. Both of them don't need the MCU but I can see how it would be hard to turn down. I mean s*** Cailee's resume so far alone is pretty hard. I bet those checks will be nice too so I don't blame either
