PrbzYou're oversimplifying what actually happens. Street niggas do not want to be street niggas, but end up going through down that path for reason or another (usually socio-economic). Simply going don't be a street nigga, be a doctor or something has been happening for a while a now. Whether it be in community outreach programs, black media, or social media. It's a generational cyclical issue and a pull yourself by the bootstraps method is not going to work. So you can wipe blood, crip, folk,etc niggas out the neighborhood, something else will pop up to take it's place. The crime itself is symptomatic of something larger, which is why it's not that hard or hypocritical for someone like meek to be for reform and be against snitching lmaooo
I’m not oversimplifying it at all you’re just reading what you want to see. I never said tell street niggas to get out the streets and be something else. I said make being those things cool so the people that can make it out end up being in a position to help the community as a whole. Let’s not glorify the streets or absolve people of their crimes. At some point you niggas gotta stop reminding yourselves you’re a victim and start looking for solutions. We about to be in the same spot for the next 100 yrs because niggas want to find reasons to do nothing.
