I am old enough and I would say that this would be the one guy who really culminated everything going on in the 2000s into a fully predictive beat that wouldve been considered wildly amateurish to most at the time. those kind of pads had been played out in 06 after y2k passed and blown out drums on a song before the sub made it knock was niche at the time, car heads and gear heads in the hood used bass boosted songs to test the limit/compare their subs. Hearing the Baltimore & Jersey Club, myspace, soundclick, y2k trance, soul sample, hyphy, crunk and bass boost of the time on this
