I didn’t like how we didn’t get to see Charlotte and Jonah’s reaction to Ruth getting killed. I understand it was her or them, but I don’t think the kids would’ve been okay with that happening at all and that would’ve created a further rift between them and the parents.

they aint know iirc
Niggas had the nerve to write in a car wreck at the beginning of the season and then drag out the mystery of who died in it, only for the entire family to live through it
Theres no defending any of this season dawg s*** was mid

And the fact that it was actually a freak accident and had nothing to do with the cartel
Solid season. Tremendous show, I thought part 1 this season was better than part 2. Ending was fitting.

Sooooooo dumb
I'm confused by a lot of stuff like why did Ruth slowly check the window of the SUV when she should have known it was the cartel. She killed Javi and Rahcel killed Nelson on her property so she should have known it was most likely someone trying to retaliate
And is Jonah shooting Mel supposed to show how much his parents corrupted him? Because it seemed to me like he had already developed his own moral code independent of his parents so idgi
Think the point of the ending was also showing that even if they think theyre done with this s*** it will always follow them and they ll never get peace of mind

Its just bad writing. In any other episode of the series she would've been smart enough to dip cus we know Ruths not an idiot.

I think she was wanting it. Especially considering all the flashbacks she was having this season.
Just finished s4e11…
Im kinda conflicted. I feel like Marty should be smarter than this.
Now this just speculation on my part but I think Im right, Javi’s mom was imo obviously gaslighting Marty into believing Arturo was the one behind the hit. I feel like in seasons past Marty would’ve at least looked at that connection and give it consideration. Her brother killed her f\*\*\*ing son, that’s a helluva motivation to place a hit on someone.
