Jan 17, 2020This dude just needs to stop making this trash over and over again. I used to be big fan of Em on Mmlp - relapse era. Then came the mid tier, but these last 3 albums have been just garbage on most part.
And why would name an album "Music to Be Murdered By" basically call it inspired by the Hitchcock. and then have basically nothing to do with the theme on the tracks.
Sure theres some decent tracks but not many.
The Leaving Heaven felt like just song made for Skylar but Em just decided to jump on it. I would rather take any other singer on the verses than Ems choppy ass raps. Smh.

i am legit afraid to even press play on this. by the time revival camed out i was so hyped but that changed instantly because i could not believe how bad it actually sounded ... kamikaze was some how listenable tho , use to be a huge fan relapse the last geniune album that aged perfectly

after 3 listens so far I'd say this is like a 6 (cut off stepdad, farewell) for me as a long time em fan and as someone who has accepted 2010 em for what it is
idk if i like this better than kamikaze tho, mainly because of the length i just wish he would've continued with the 40min album length from here on out
