another advantage is you're not responsible for fixing things or upkeep of the property. of course condos do that as well but then you're also paying fees for that on top of the initial down payment, and they likely wont cover everything anyway

Problem is then you are relying on an apt mgmt company to fix your place and no Matter what you are not the highest priority and it takes forever, at least in my experience.

My building right now is very small, less than 10 units so getting stuff fixed if needed isnβt a big deal
