1. Bruh, he’s 23
2. It isn’t just 1 good year it’s the best year we’ve ever seen in the Toughest conference in college football against some of the best teams and defenses the sport has to offer
3. LSU, historically, relied heavily on defense and the running game in the past. This is a completely new philosophy offensively that this team has NEVER implemented and therefore, can’t possibly be compared to previous regimes.

Lastly and most poignantly, Joe Burrow is the result of what happens when you take a player and put them in the best position to succeed. It’s that simple. We’re seeing it with Burrow at LSU, we’re seeing it with Lamar. Credit Ed O for having the guts to look at his staff and say listen, we can’t do this anymore and going out and bringing in Joe Brady from the saints who brought the same pro concepts from one of the greatest offensive minds in football executed by one of the greatest QBs of all time, the same concepts that just shredded, supposedly, the best defense in the league, he brought that to LSU and the college game but where you have to credit Burrow is in his ability to execute it. You can’t teach a guy accuracy and ball placement, you can’t teach a guy to process information quickly, you can’t teach a guy to Throw accurately under pressure, athleticism, presence in the pocket, etc...Those are traits you simply can’t teach. You can hide them, you can accentuate them depending on what your strengths and weaknesses are but you can’t teach em. you either got it or you don’t and if we know anything about Burrow at this point, it’s that he has it. That, combined with is work ethic, should bold well for him at the next level....but he might be a bengal so I could be wrong
