cigaMim sorry, does the PS4 controller just randomly recharge itself when you stop using it or do you have to plug it in?
The PS4 controller you can play while it’s charging and the chord comes FREE with the console. Nintendo makes you pay extra $ to be able to charge your joycons and play docked at the same time. It’s a joke. The charging version of the joycon grip should have been he one that came with the console.

Also wtf I have a ps4 and the free cable they include is too short for any modern living room, you can’t sit on the couch playing the game while it’s plugged into the ps4 because that s***ty free miniusb cable is short as f***

What? I think we don’t understand each other with the first part. You can’t play the console docked if it’s charging your controllers. That’s what I’m saying and that is a problem.

It’s expensive but as much money we spend on games is it really that much?
PS4 is not a handheld system it’s their only controller

Joycons have a pretty long battery life, when has this been an issue for you? Just remember to charge them after you’re done playing
