Yeah, their statement "focused exclusively on software" rules out that the Switch Pro will be announced at E3. To me, "focused exclusively on software" is something they say to diffuse the rumors of a Pro reveal AT E3 and/or before E3. Now, the tweet doesn't rule out Switch Pro being revealed before E3, it only rules out the Switch Pro being AT E3, but the statement in itself makes me question if they are just trying to throw us off to get the surprise factor back (since leakers/rumors tend to kill some of that) and reveal it before E3, or if they are trying to diffuse all expectations of a Switch Pro until sometime after E3.

Taking this with a train of salt ofc but interesting if it comes true.

Going by bloomberg's report nintendo has been using parts that are easier to find and produce for the hardware so it shouldnt have issues to the extent of ps5. It probably wont be easy to find, it wasnt even in 2017 but i dont think it will be as bad. Switch pro is also a revision after all, not a next gen console

Its that time of the year i watch zelda botw content and man im so hyped about botw2, not knowing a single thing about it makes it all more exciting, and knowing the zelda team is one the most creative dev teams in the world im sure they'll find numerous ways to surprise us

I think it may be harder in some regions (NA and JP I’d think). It seems people have been somewhat struggling to get even the regular Switch in the US since it launched in 2017, while it’s been a piece of cake to get a Switch where I live in Europe (Sweden).

Honestly agreed. Like it’s clear they’re easily the best games on the console and both equally worth buying one for.

I’d say both games really made me fans. Never been the biggest Mario fan but that game definitely made me reconsider my position.

I’ve always thought Zelda was fun, I just never ended up finishing any of the ones I’ve played for whatever reason. This was the first one where my attention was held the entire time. I just really enjoyed going to every place and really like feeling super invested. Everything felt rewarding to do in that game.

I’m excited for both of the sequels though. I hope they live up to the first ones
