That’s a Lynel. A gold one at that. They are the hardest enemies I’ve ever faced in a Zelda game. Everybody who played BotW has a story of their first Lynel encounter. I almost passed out cuh I was scared as heck, but now I slay them. They call me Lynel Richie.

Easily the best cast in the game imo. BE are well written and all but their one note personalities are annoying as f\*\*\* to me. They do that thing where when they huddle up all they do is showcase their personality trait instead of actually speaking to each other like BL. All of them having intertwining backgrounds (For Ashe, that included recruiting Catherine) made for the most compelling supports for me. Even with that aside, the game just feels like it was designed around the BL route. A lot of the chapters pre-time skip are centered around their cast regardless of which house you choose.

For Golden Deer, you’re going to want to recruit Lindhardt because he unlocks a special paralogue with Leonie that’s highly relevant in the lore. Similarly, when you do Claude’s paralogue, deploy both Seteth and Flayn and have both of them talk to the ‘boss’ of that map. If you didn't already know, GD is the lore route that actually explains things
