I think Aster’s is modern (set in 2020) with cars and covid etc but set in the desert and probably with western motifs. So it could go either way

Last western I seen was this neo western
as a massive Jeff Bridges and Ben Foster fan... I didnt think this was very notable.
Jeff was 100 times better in True Grit and Ben was 100 times better in 3:10 to Yuma .
