You must not being paying attention because they've proven that today's capabilities are too much for them to handle and most stuff looks like trash compared to back in the day

One thing I don’t like about Kenobi is his mannerisms in this episode, I understand he’s frustrated given the situation he’s in but he’s so out of character and not being level headed at all
The fight near the end of this could’ve been presented so much better but as it is now it just looks so cheap
There aren’t even any intense flashes when their blades hit its just sparks
I’m sorry if I’m sounding nit picky but it’s just not giving me any indication that the quality of this show will go up any further
I don’t know why all of this show is being shot in a hand held style, it grounds the show but Star Wars to me was always meant to be cinematic to some degree so I expect a show to be that
Idk I just don’t feel like this is really is as good as it could be and that’s all I really want from it
On the whole I’m really enjoying the show so far, but I desperately wish that it had been a two-hour movie with a massive budget. The writing would’ve had more polish and the sets/effects would’ve been way better
Maybe even a two part movie series so they could get more time to show the full story. That would’ve been sick

It happens with so many franchises where they make these iconic characters and when their story is over they just continue it with a son or daughter and it takes me out of the story. Like how is this all happening to one blood line

I wouldn’t be surprised if they somehow make this nostalgic bait by making the acolyte a young Palpatine. Wouldn’t be far fetched to say he found a way to stretch his life a couple hundred years. His old Master in the EU was obsessed with that kinda stuff
