Thank you
my friend just fell for a crazy ass scheme. he came across a post that was giving away the private keys to a wallet with a ton of Tether.
what he didn't know was the wallet was blacklisted (Tether was stolen) and he imported the wallet to his metamask. he sent eth from his main wallet for gas to transfer the Tether and of course it doesn't go through. seems like the owner is giving away the private key in order to obfuscate who actually owns the wallet.
my friend is now spazzing out bc he doesn't want to be linked as the owner of that wallet and is worried his main wallet will get blacklisted or "hacked". first time I've seen this happen so idk what will arise from this.
