Idk man, I’m looking at this from a technical and fundamental POV. If Ai was helping cybersecurity companies 10x their revenue or any other part of their business, it would be a different story.

Cybersecurity's top 5 companies barely bring in HALF of Salesforce annual revenue. So why is software taking a beating off some hypothetical scenario of companies using their own Ai while cyber thrives?

Because salesforce provides a service that can easily be replicated and doesn’t require constant moderation.

Cyber criminals are cutting edge and therefore you need to be able to adapt and modify and deploy. Ai can help with that but Ai can’t detect what the criminals are doing…it needs a human to steer it.
