    ate some s*** yesterday and my stomach feels like hard and blotedi hope its not because of abs i did, once i did it so hard it hurt for like 3 days

    I haven’t trained it for strength in a while, I do 205 for 3x10 but only every other week just for maintenance

    I've been contemplating going to the gym and adding a bit more weight to my skinny twink ass but I'm not sure what to do, any tips

    Jeez 10 rep deadlifts are scary. Tried doing that with ~180 lbs but couldnt get 10 reps on the third set.

    Jeez 10 rep deadlifts are scary. Tried doing that with ~180 lbs but couldnt get 10 reps on the third set.

    The hardest part is the grip tbh, s*** always slipping like hell last couple reps

    You have a great figure already tbh, but you could benefit from going to the gym. Doesn’t necessarily need to mean bulking up tho, if you don’t eat a crazy amount you will just get more veiny and defined

    What should I focus on cardio, lifting?

    Lifting will get you the aesthetics (ie build muscle), cardio is more just for healthfulness and to burn calories.

    Id say for a start to lift 2-3x a week, cardio 1-2x just for balance.

    But def ease into both, if you start out trying to do it all you gonna burn out

    Yeah he’s already at a low body fat % so cardio would be unnecessary tbh. What would u consider over a guy with a bmi of 30 ? I started month ago just with calorie deficit and 3x week cardio. I feel like lifting might f*** up my schedule etc idk
