Jeez 10 rep deadlifts are scary. Tried doing that with ~180 lbs but couldnt get 10 reps on the third set.

You have a great figure already tbh, but you could benefit from going to the gym. Doesn’t necessarily need to mean bulking up tho, if you don’t eat a crazy amount you will just get more veiny and defined

Lifting will get you the aesthetics (ie build muscle), cardio is more just for healthfulness and to burn calories.
Id say for a start to lift 2-3x a week, cardio 1-2x just for balance.
But def ease into both, if you start out trying to do it all you gonna burn out
