I'm noticing a thing where someone will post a tweet

And the tweet will have a thing describing something that happened with a video attached

And then you watch the video and it's not at all related to what the tweet was describing. Like the thing that was described or what they say was said is not in the video at all

Are people becoming stupid as hell? We don't even watch the videos people post to back up the random thing they said?
