at least in like visual arts, michelangelo was painting full figures for the sistine chappell in a single day, because his painting technique was mixing paint dye into plaster, the plastering the wall. so you had 1 shot at it and if it dried it was over.
davinci never did frescoes (what michelangelo did was called) he painted with oil. it took him 7 years to paint the mona lisa and he invented his own process of painting while doing it (sfumato).
michelangelo isnt more talented than davinci because he had a larger body of work.
not saying like idk sky ferrara is davinci or spent the last 7 years making a masterpiece. but whether somebody releases every 5 or 1 year just depends on their creative process, not their talent.
