when i worked overnights at a hotel i had to deal with that, people with psychotic breaks coming in and sometimes getting behind the counter and ripping wires out of the walls.
old people with dementia who are sun downing and wander out of their rooms in their underwear in the middle of the night.
lots of prostitutes (who i always treated very well)
