FBG LIIIITsorry to hear that you went through this, tune <3 It's genuinely horrible to go through this. I've been there. I was meant to do it december 24th 2018\. But I ended up seeing Johnny English, and then my thoughts shifted away from it. I got forced into a mental hospital in 2019 because I saw myself hanging in every tree I walked past. ended up lying my way out of the mental hospital because I genuinely was too scared to be in there. If I didnt go and talk to them, the police would have picked me up, and then I wouldnt have come out, before the doctors said so. My football club was playing the biggest final in 14 years, 2 weeks later I genuinely couldnt get myself to miss it, so I lied. I regret it so much, but it is what it is. It's not that I'm active suicidal. I'm just tired, numb and this week f\*\*\*ing sad. And when you are these things, you really wouldnt want to live. I'm at that point, where its easier to not live, than it is to live, but I'm so scared of death and leaving people behind, that I cant do it. I just feel like I'm here because I will make my mom sad, and thats the only reason I keep going.
its extremely hard stuff. im glad youre not actively suicidal and holding onto reasons like not making your mom sad (which she would feel worse than any feeling a human can feel if u died, and it would be because of a decision you chose.) its healthy to hold onto those reasons, even if its a selfless one. because it keeps you around long enough to find “selfish” reasons and get better. The other thing is, you WILL die and life is very short. theres no reason not to ride it out. I think you really should seek out these novel therapies like ketamine and psilocybin (they dont involve tlaking to people) when theyre brought and legalized in your country in the next probably 5-10 years. Becuase they really could help you. But in the mean time you just got to stay distracted and as healthy as possible, time can also nourish a lot. which music and socializing (even online on a forum) is an important part of
