idk the only old school strains I ever had access to was gg#4, durban poison and whatever mystery hybrids the weed man had

going to the dispensary now all they got is boutique strains that don't even exist outside of the state and whatever unholy crossbred recreations of old strains that people know the name of

but having lean back in 2011 so much better than weed so he winning

i hate the lack of classic strains. the new crossbred ones have no personality.

It may have just been because I was younger and newer to weed, but those og strains were always a treat when the plug had them

you gotta understand it was slim pickings out here though, so it was pretty easy to impress me

the current strain situation is like being in a restaurant and asking for a 100 dollar bottle of cabernet sauvignon, a 100 dollar merlot, a 100 dollar pinot noir, then asking the waiter to mix it all together into a jug before bringing it to your table

But I will say every now and then I find some random hybrid strain that soothes my soul and makes me understand what they're cooking in these labs

Like the one I have rn gives me the heaviest body high, soothes anxiety and releases the tension in my muscles, all while giving this super clearheaded mind high at the same time

Most of the time though it's just a meh, samey hybrid high

what i love about the legal weed scene is having lab tested cbd (since its no psychoactive when u get it off the street, that white powder could be anything lol) and cbg, cbn and cbc.

combining that with any mid strain is better than having the best strain by itself from back in the day!
