After all these upsets, and Conor’s confidence, it’s hard for me to think that 5 years off with no damage is more detrimental to your fighting career than being super active and getting copious amounts of brain damage. Max is younger than Conor but looks older and is starting to sound punch drunk.

Max is one of the top boxers in UFC easily but if Conor just replicates his game plan from the first fight whilst being a bit more hesitant on the striking I don’t see how he doesn’t win this. Especially at 170.

Not really. I get it, I have a Conor avy and I’m obv more of a McGregor fan than a max fan but to count Conor out is crazy. Even Poirer who beat Conor twice was saying the same thing. A lot of yall like to use mma math which means literally nothing. Will I be surprised if max conserves his energy til the championship rounds and drowns Conor? Not really. But if Conor pulls off the upset i won’t be that surprised either. People forget how legendary his run was at 145-155.
