Civil cases are a lower burden of proof = easier to win. Sexual assault cases are a lot harder to win in criminal court because of the higher burden of proof. If this was 1 person they lose in criminal. If they can manage to get 10-15 of these people to take it to criminal court deshaun will be going to jail (if what is written in these civil is true)
