i expect a lot of games to be cross-gen

iirc someone looked at the TTYD files & saw optimization for a resolution that currently isn’t available on even the OLED Switch, so i’d assume most Switch games releasing in 2025 will be optimized for cross-gen

Tbh. I feel like that is indeed the goal and one of the reasons it’s still kicking and screaming its old butt into 2025. Would be lit if they do beat the PS2 sales.

This zelda game rlly might end up being the goat for me, that gameplay was hitting on every single level. Nintendo went absolutely nuts with this direct, there are way too many must cops here

They’re going way past PS2. Easily 170m or 180m by the time it’s discontinued in 2030.
